Noordhaus is looking for you!
As part of our ambitious plans for 2026, we are looking to expand our team and build relationships with business partners, cultural organizations and public/private funds, and that’s why we are looking for the help of a fondsenwerver.
We are currently only able to offer a volunteering fee (in accordance with the Belastingdienst guidelines), but with your help, we are looking forward to hiring you as a freelancer later, as our – and your – financing plans come to fruition.
As fondsenwerver you will work together with the board of directors, analyzing the budgeting needs of Noordhaus and translating them into actionable plans and submissions for cultural funds, sponsorships, partnerships.
Among your responsibilities:
- Search, recognize and find actionable financing opportunities, including – but not limited to – relevant cultural funds.
- Build a fund raising strategy, then manage and monitor its deployment.
- Maintain and develop relations with our financial partners, togeether with the board of directors.
About you:
- You have knowledge and experience with the market of cultural financing: public cultural funds and subsidies, private funds and cultural grants, as well as business sponsorships and patronage.
- You are a strong communicator and are able to speak and write confidently and professionally in both Dutch and English
- You like to take initiative and are a creative problem solver
- You are able to construct compelling and financially sound funding applications.
